Avoid using foam rollers, as they tend to absorb an excessive amount of paint, making application more difficult and less efficient.

How to clean brushes after using antifouling paint?

Immediately after use, thoroughly clean the brushes with the specific thinner for the antifouling paint you used. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and let them dry completely in the open air. If the brush is particularly dirty or encrusted, you can immerse it in the thinner for a few hours to facilitate the removal of paint residue.

What products should I use to clean the hull without damaging the Gelcoat?

For cleaning the hull, it is essential to use specific nautical detergents, specially formulated to remove dirt and fouling without attacking or damaging the gelcoat. Absolutely avoid the use of abrasive products or aggressive solvents, as they can dull the surface and compromise its shine. After cleaning, apply a protective wax to keep the gelcoat shiny and protected from the elements.

How to choose the right brush for the paint I need to use?
